Super Bowl LIV

Super Bowl LIV, the 54th Super Bowl and the 50th modern-era National Football League (NFL) championship game, will decide the league champion for the 2019 season. The game will be played in early February 2020, pending future changes to the NFL calendar.
==Host-selection process==
On May 19, 2015, the league announced the four finalists that will compete to host either Super Bowl LIII in 2019 and Super Bowl LIV. NFL owners will vote on these cities in May 2016, with the first round of voting determining who will host Super Bowl LIII, and the second round deciding the site for Super Bowl LIV. The four finalists are:
* Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Atlanta, Georgia: If selected this would be the first Super Bowl played at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium after it is scheduled to open in 2017. The city has previously hosted two Super Bowls, with the last being Super Bowl XXXIV in 2000.
* Sun Life Stadium, Miami, Florida: Miami has previously hosted 10 Super Bowls, with the last being Super Bowl XLIV in 2010.
* Mercedes-Benz Superdome, New Orleans, Louisiana: New Orleans has previously hosted 10 Super Bowls, with the last being Super Bowl XLVII in 2013.
* Raymond James Stadium, Tampa, Florida: Tampa has hosted 4 Super Bowls, with the last being Super Bowl XLIII in 2009.
Los Angeles would also be eligible as a finalist in the second round of voting to determine the Super Bowl LIV host site, provided that the city has an NFL team by then.〔 The city has previously hosted seven Super Bowls, with the last one being Super Bowl XXVII, before both the Rams and the Raiders moved out of the region in 1994 to St. Louis, Missouri and Oakland, California, respectively. There are two planned stadiums in the Los Angeles region under consideration: Los Angeles Entertainment Center and Los Angeles Stadium. City of Champions Stadium is being spearheaded by Stan Kroenke, owner of the St. Louis Rams, with the possibility of moving that team back to Los Angeles Los Angeles Stadium is being planned to be shared by both the Oakland Raiders and the San Diego Chargers, if both teams fail to get new stadiums in their current hometowns.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Chargers, Raiders shared stadium plan near Los Angeles advances )
